More than 80 civilians were killed when an air raid blasted a makeshift camp of displaced people in northern Yemen, witnesses said on Thursday, as the army pursued its offensive on Shiite rebels.

The satellite concession contract between the Information and Communication Technology Ministry and Thaicom Plc cannot be amended because it is long-term and was signed more than 12 years ago, said ICT Minister Ranongruk Suwunchwee.

The price of a 32 gigabyte iPod Touch was slashed to 279 dollars in the online Apple Store from 399 dollars while the price of a 16GB model was cut by 50 dollars to 249 dollars, according to Apple-watching technology blogs.
